LT-50T is the configuration without a coder of the same base machine sold as LT-50D with a coder. It applies one label per round bottle, with manual loading and unloading and press-down microswitch activation. Select the LT-50D configuration if you need thermal ribbon date coding on labels.

The LT-50T is a round bottle labeler supplied without a coding unit. It shares the same base machine as the LT-50D: selecting the thermal ribbon coder changes the configuration designation to LT-50D.

Choose the Configuration for Your Labeling Job

LT-50T: Supplied without a coder. Choose this configuration when label date printing is not required.
LT-50D: The configuration fitted with a thermal ribbon coder for dates and similar information on labels. Selecting the coding option adds cost compared with LT-50T.
LT-50S: A simplified, economical version that cannot be fitted with a coder.

Manual Bottle Handling and Microswitch Start

The operator places the bottle in the labeling position by hand. The downward pressing action triggers a microswitch to start labeling. After the labeling cycle, the operator removes the bottle and loads the next one.

This machine is for single-label applications. If you need separate front and back labels, ask us to recommend a suitable double-label model.

Bottle and Label Compatibility

The listed bottle diameter range is 20–130 mm. Label height is 30–130 mm and label length is 30–300 mm. Applications include round beverage bottles, cosmetic containers and food jars. Send actual bottle and label samples to confirm suitability and label position.

Transparent Labels and Coding

Transparent labels require an optional sensor at an additional cost. This is separate from the coding configuration. LT-50T has no coder; select LT-50D when thermal ribbon date printing on labels is required.
