The LT-150F is a compact automatic round bottle labeling machine designed for use on a worktable. It holds the bottle in position and rotates it to apply a full-wrap label or two separate labels from the same roll.

It is suitable for round-bottle applications in food, cosmetics, personal care and other industries. Share your bottle and label samples to confirm the right setup for your application.

Full-Wrap and Front-and-Back Labeling

For two-label applications, the machine dispenses two labels as the held bottle rotates. Front and back labels are supplied on the same roll and may have different lengths. Send both label dimensions and the required spacing before ordering or printing your label rolls.

Label Length, Bottle Diameter and Conveyor Width

Labels longer than 200 mm are supported. For a full-wrap label, the bottle circumference provides the starting point for label length: circumference equals pi multiplied by bottle diameter. The final label length should account for the required gap or overlap.

The standard conveyor belt is 150 mm wide. Conveyor width limits the bottles that can be accommodated, but belt width alone does not define the maximum usable bottle diameter. Please provide bottle diameter, height and label dimensions so we can confirm compatibility.

For partial-wrap or two-label designs, provide the dimensions of each label and the desired positions rather than using the full circumference as the length of every label.

PVC Conveyor and Bottle Separation

The LT-150F uses a PVC belt conveyor and includes a rubber-wheel friction bottle-separating mechanism. It is a clamp-and-rotate labeler, not a roller-type labeler. The bottle is held and rotated at the labeling station, allowing the program to dispense labels more than once for dual-label applications.

The LT-150 is also a clamp-and-rotate desktop model, but uses a POM chain conveyor. Confirm the conveyor and bottle-feeding arrangement using your actual bottle samples.

Label Height and Bottle Height

The label peel plate is 150 mm high, so the maximum label height is 150 mm. This is not the maximum bottle height. A tall bottle may be suitable when the label is applied near the lower part of the bottle. Send the total bottle height, label height and distance from the bottle base to the label for confirmation.

LT-150F or a Floor-Standing Labeling Machine?

Choose the LT-150F when a compact desktop format suits your workspace and bottle requirements.

A floor-standing model such as the LT-260 round bottle labeling machine has a larger, self-supporting structure. Floor-standing configurations can accommodate larger label rolls, taller labels and wider conveyors for larger bottles. Confirm the specific configuration and dimensions before choosing a model.

Machine size is only part of the decision. Compare your bottle dimensions, label height, roll size and available workspace to select a suitable setup.

Optional Equipment

• Transparent labels: A transparent-label sensor is an optional extra at additional cost. Please state this requirement when requesting a quotation.

• Date coding: A date coder is optional and costs extra. Provide the print content and label samples for selection.

• Air compressor: Machines are supplied without an air compressor as standard. Where the selected configuration requires compressed air, the customer must arrange the compressor separately. Confirm the air requirements before purchase.

Technical Specifications

Listed labeling speed: approximately 20–40 bottles per minute. Actual output depends on the bottle, label and machine setup. Confirm compatibility using your samples.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the LT-150F apply a full-wrap label?

Yes. The machine holds and rotates the round bottle for full-wrap labeling. Send the bottle and label dimensions and your required end alignment for confirmation.

Can front and back labels have different lengths?

Yes. Both labels must be supplied on the same roll, but they do not have to be the same length. The machine dispenses twice as the bottle rotates.

Is 200 mm the maximum label length?

No. Labels longer than 200 mm are supported. Compatibility depends on the bottle and labeling setup; provide your actual dimensions rather than treating the former listing as an absolute maximum.

Does a 150 mm conveyor mean it can label a 150 mm diameter bottle?

Not necessarily. The conveyor width is one constraint, and the complete bottle-handling and labeling setup must also be suitable. Confirm the usable bottle range with us before ordering.

When should I choose a floor-standing model?

Consider a floor-standing model when you need capacity for larger label rolls, taller labels or a wider conveyor for larger bottles. The desktop LT-150F is useful where a compact worktable layout is preferred.

Are the transparent-label sensor and date coder included?

No. Both are optional extras at additional cost. Tell us your requirements so they can be included in the quotation.

What are the warranty and lead time?

The standard equipment warranty is generally one year. Standard equipment usually has a lead time of 3–5 days. Customized requirements need a delivery schedule confirmed after discussing the details. Your quotation will confirm the applicable terms.
