LT-50D Round Bottle Labeling Machine with Date Coder

LT-50D is the configuration with a thermal ribbon coder of the same base machine sold as LT-50T without a coder. It applies one label per bottle, with manual loading and unloading and press-down microswitch activation. Bottle diameter: 20–130 mm; label height: 30–130 mm; label length: 30–300 mm.

LT-50D is supplied in the thermal ribbon coding configuration. For the same base machine without a coder, select LT-50T.

The LT-50D applies one self-adhesive label to a round bottle or jar. It is intended for applications with manual bottle loading and unloading, such as beverage bottles, cosmetic bottles and round food containers. Confirm suitability with your actual container and label samples.

Press-Down Microswitch Operation

Place the bottle in the labeling position by hand.
Press down to trigger the microswitch and start the labeling cycle.
Remove the bottle after labeling is complete, then load the next bottle.

The LT-50D uses a microswitch triggered during the downward pressing action. It is not started by a pneumatic foot-pedal control. The operator handles each bottle individually.

Single-Label Applications

The LT-50D supports one label per bottle; it does not support double-label applications. If you need separate front and back labels, tell us before choosing the machine so we can recommend a suitable model.

For comparison, the LT-SL130D semi-automatic labeler supports two labels of equal length and foot-pedal operation. Both models require manual bottle loading and unloading.

Included Coding Configuration and Optional Sensor

Transparent labels require an optional transparent-label sensor at an additional cost. LT-50D is the configuration fitted with a thermal ribbon coder for dates and similar information on labels. The same base machine without a coder is called LT-50T. Selecting the coding configuration adds cost compared with LT-50T. Please tell us your label material and coding requirements when requesting a quotation.

LT-50D or LT-50S?

If you do not need date printing on labels, the LT-50S is a simplified, more economical option. LT-50S cannot accept a coding unit. Choose LT-50D, the configuration with the thermal ribbon coder, when label date printing is required. For the same base machine without a coder, choose LT-50T.

Can the LT-50D apply two labels to one bottle?

No. This model is for single-label applications. Choose a suitable double-label machine if separate front and back labels are required.

How is the labeling cycle started?

The downward pressing action triggers a microswitch. The LT-50D does not use a pneumatic foot-pedal start.

Does the machine load and unload bottles automatically?

No. Each bottle is placed in the machine and removed by the operator.
