The LT-260 clamps and rotates round bottles to apply a full-wrap label or two labels from the same roll. Front and back labels may have different lengths. Output is approximately 20–40 bottles/min, depending on the bottle and labeling setup. Alignment to an existing bottle feature requires customization.

LT-260 Automatic Round Bottle Labeling Machine

The LT-260 holds a round bottle in place and rotates it during labeling. It is suitable for full-wrap labels and for applying two separate labels to the same bottle, such as front and back labels.

Applications include PET, glass and metal round bottles used for food, beverages, cosmetics and household products. Send your bottle and label samples to confirm the appropriate configuration.

How Front and Back Labeling Works

After the bottle is held in position and begins rotating, the machine dispenses a label twice. Both labels must be supplied on the same label roll in the required application sequence. The two labels do not have to be the same length.

Before printing your label rolls, send the front and back label dimensions and the desired spacing on the bottle. We will confirm the roll arrangement and machine setup for your application.

Full-Wrap Labeling and Label Length

The clamp-and-rotate mechanism is recommended for full-wrap applications where alignment of the label ends matters. Labels longer than 200 mm are supported; the exact length and suitable setup must be confirmed from your bottle diameter, label dimensions and required coverage.

Standard Bottle Holding vs Custom Position Detection

Holding the bottle in place while it rotates does not automatically align the label to an existing logo, groove or other feature on the bottle.

If labeling must start at a specific bottle feature, tell us before ordering. This is a customized function that may require a custom rubber roller or an additional position-detection sensor. The solution and quotation depend on your bottle and positioning requirements.

Optional Equipment and Air Compressor

Transparent labels: An optional transparent-label sensor is required and costs extra. Please disclose transparent-label requirements when requesting a quotation.
Date coding: A date coder is optional and costs extra. Send the print content and label samples to confirm a suitable unit.
Air compressor: An air compressor is not included with the machine. Customers must arrange their own compressor for the required air supply; confirm the air requirements for the quoted configuration before purchase.

LT-260 or LT-220?

Choose the LT-260 for full-wrap labeling or two-label applications on round bottles. The LT-220 roller-type labeling machine applies one label per bottle and is better suited to labels covering less than the full circumference.

Choose based on label coverage and the finished labeling result, not only the advertised speed. The listed LT-260 output is approximately 20–40 bottles per minute and varies with bottle size and the labeling setup.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do front and back labels need separate rolls?

No. Both labels are supplied on the same roll. The machine dispenses two labels as the held bottle rotates. Confirm the roll sequence and label spacing before production.

Must the two labels be the same length?

No. Different front and back label lengths are supported. Provide both dimensions so the setup can be confirmed.

Can I use a label longer than 200 mm?

Yes. Labels longer than 200 mm can be used. Send your actual bottle and label dimensions to confirm suitability; no universal maximum is specified here.

Can the label start beside an existing logo or groove?

Are the transparent-label sensor, date coder and compressor included?

What are the warranty and lead time?

The standard equipment warranty is generally one year. Standard equipment usually has a lead time of 3–5 days. For custom positioning or other customized requirements, the lead time is confirmed after discussing the details. Your quotation will confirm the applicable warranty and schedule.
