LT-SL130D is a semi-automatic round bottle labeling machine with manual bottle loading and unloading and foot-pedal operation. It supports single-label applications and two-label applications where both labels have the same length. Transparent-label sensing and date coding are available as extra-cost options.

LT-SL130D Semi-Automatic Round Bottle Labeling Machine

The LT-SL130D is designed for round bottle labeling with manual bottle handling. The operator places each bottle in the labeling position, starts the labeling cycle with the foot pedal, and removes the bottle after labeling is complete.

Single-Label and Equal-Length Double-Label Applications

This model supports one label or two labels on a round bottle. For double-label applications, both labels must have the same length. Send your label artwork and bottle dimensions before ordering so the label layout and application can be checked.

How the Operator Uses the Machine

Place the bottle in the labeling position.
Use the foot pedal to start the labeling cycle.
Remove the labeled bottle when the cycle is complete, then load the next bottle.

Manual loading and unloading are required for each bottle. Share your target output and actual bottle and label samples so we can assess suitability for your workflow.

Optional Transparent-Label Sensor and Date Coder

Transparent labels require an optional sensor at an additional cost. Please disclose transparent-label requirements when requesting a quotation. A date or batch coder is also optional and charged separately; it is not included as standard.
