The LT-220 is an automatic roller-type labeling machine for applying one self-adhesive label to cylindrical bottles. It is best suited to labels that cover less than the full circumference of the bottle.

Designed for glass and plastic round bottles, the LT-220 can operate independently or connect to a packaging line. To confirm suitability, send us your bottle dimensions, label size and required output before ordering.

How the LT-220 Applies Labels

The machine rolls the bottle while applying the label around its surface. Each bottle receives a single label.

Labeling speed depends on label length and the bottle setup. Longer labels require more time for the bottle to rotate through the labeling process, so they generally run at a lower speed than shorter labels.

The listed speed range is 20–160 bottles per minute. This range is not a guaranteed output for every bottle and label combination; please provide your samples or specifications so we can confirm the expected performance.

Suitable Applications

The LT-220 is suitable for single-label applications on cylindrical bottles, including:

• Food and beverage bottles with partial-wrap labels.

• Cosmetic and personal care bottles.

• Household and chemical product bottles.

Bottle shape and label coverage matter more than the industry. For tapered bottles or other non-standard containers, contact us to discuss suitability and any customization required.

When to Choose a Fixed-Position Labeling Machine

Choose the LT-220 when you need one label covering less than a full circle around a round bottle.

For the following requirements, we recommend a fixed-position round bottle labeling machine:

• Two separate labels on the same bottle, such as front and back labels.

• Full-wrap labeling where accurate alignment of the two label ends is important.

The LT-220 roller-type mechanism is not the recommended choice for these applications. Share a photo of your desired labeling result so we can recommend the appropriate machine.

Transparent Labels and Optional Equipment

Transparent-label sensor: Transparent labels are supported with an optional sensor available at additional cost. Please tell us before ordering if you use transparent labels so the correct sensor can be included in the quotation.

Date coder: A coding unit can be added at additional cost. Please provide the information you need to print and your label samples so we can confirm a suitable option.

Can the LT-220 apply transparent labels?

Can it apply front and back labels?

No. The LT-220 applies one label per bottle. For two separate labels on the same bottle, we recommend a fixed-position round bottle labeling machine.

Is it suitable for a label that wraps completely around the bottle?

For full-wrap labels, especially when the two ends need to align neatly, we recommend a fixed-position labeling machine. The LT-220 is better suited to labels covering less than the full bottle circumference.

Why does labeling speed change with label length?

The bottle rotates as the label is applied. A longer label takes more time to apply during that rotation, reducing the number of bottles that can be labeled per minute. Actual output also depends on your bottle and machine setup.

Is a date coder included?

A date coder is optional and costs extra. Tell us your printing requirements before ordering so we can include the appropriate equipment in the quotation.

Can the machine work with an existing production line?

Yes. The LT-220 can operate independently or connect to other packaging equipment. Please share your existing line layout and required output so we can confirm compatibility.

What are the warranty and lead time?

The standard equipment warranty is generally one year. The usual lead time for standard equipment is 3–5 days. For customized configurations, the lead time is confirmed after discussing the specifications. Your quotation will confirm the applicable warranty and delivery schedule.
