How the folding mechanism works

A single label is held by suction on a flat platform that can be folded by an air cylinder.
The platform moves beneath the wire or tube.
The cylinder folds the platform upward, bringing the label around the product and pressing the two sides together to complete labeling.

Fixtures and product compatibility

Additional fixtures are generally not required for normal wire and tube applications. A change in diameter does not automatically mean a different fixture is needed, but the product must remain compatible with the machine configuration.
