The LT-80 is a pneumatic improvement on the LT-50T operating concept. Instead of manually lowering the rubber roller, an air cylinder lowers it before labeling. This distinction is useful when choosing a round bottle labeler based on how the clamping action is performed.

LT-80 versus LT-50T

With the LT-50T, the operator places the bottle and manually lowers the rubber roller to trigger labeling. LT-80 uses a cylinder for the roller-lowering action. The operator places the bottle manually. Confirm the start control for your quoted configuration.

Clamped-position labeling

The bottle is held at the labeling station while the label is applied. Holding it at a station does not mean registration to a seam, logo or other bottle feature is standard. Feature-oriented positioning requires application-specific customization, such as a custom roller or additional position sensor.

Applying two labels

LT-80 uses manual bottle placement. Applying two labels means the operator performs the operation twice; this is not automatic two-label application in a single cycle.

What is the main improvement over LT-50T?

Is an air compressor included?

No. Customers supply the compressor. Confirm the required air supply for the selected configuration.

Is LT-SL130D the same model family?

No. LT-SL130D is a separate series. Both use clamped-position labeling, but their features and specifications should be compared individually.

Can I use transparent labels?

Tell us in advance. A transparent-label sensor is an extra-cost option.

Can I label at a particular feature on the bottle?

This requires a custom assessment; clamping at the labeling station is not the same as detecting a particular bottle feature.

Air compressors are not included; customers provide their own where compressed air is required.

Warranty and lead time

The standard equipment warranty is generally one year. Standard equipment usually has a lead time of 3–5 days. Custom equipment delivery is agreed after the specifications are confirmed.
