The LT-600 is a floor-standing double-side labeling machine. Two label dispensing platforms are arranged on opposing sides of the machine to label both sides of the product. Send your bottle shape and label positions so we can assess the appropriate setup.

LT-600 or a tabletop double-side machine?

We recommend the LT-600 when selecting between it and the current compact LT-600T tabletop model. The main confirmed distinction is the machine layout: LT-600 is floor-standing, while LT-600T is tabletop.

If your installation requires a tabletop machine, ask about the optimized double-side labeler from our Nanchang factory. It is a planned update with a slightly larger tabletop footprint and improved usability. Its availability and specifications should be quoted separately.

Flat bottles or round bottles?

The standard machine is intended for labeling two faces of flat bottles. It is not suitable for round-bottle labeling in its standard configuration. A clamped-position labeling mechanism can be added, but this uses only one of the two dispensing platforms, so we do not recommend this arrangement for a round-bottle requirement. A dedicated desktop clamped-position round bottle labeler is the better choice.

No. The listed capacity depends on bottle size; confirm achievable output with the intended product and labels.

Options and ordering

Please send product photos and dimensions, label artwork and size, the required label position and target output. Transparent labels require an optional sensor at extra cost; tell us before ordering. If date or batch printing is required, ask us to confirm coder compatibility and quote any additional equipment separately. Air compressors are not included; customers provide their own where compressed air is required.

Warranty and lead time

The standard equipment warranty is generally one year. Standard equipment usually has a lead time of 3–5 days. Custom equipment delivery is agreed after the specifications are confirmed.
