LT-150 Desktop Round Bottle Labeling Machine

The LT-150 is a compact desktop labeling machine with a POM chain conveyor. It holds a round bottle in place and rotates it while applying labels. This clamp-and-rotate mechanism supports both single-label and dual-label applications.

How Clamp-and-Rotate Labeling Works

The bottle is first clamped at the labeling station, then rotated. The program controls label dispensing during rotation, allowing two labels to be applied to the same bottle. Most applications require one or two labels. If you need more than two, describe the layout so the configuration can be assessed.

For dual-label applications, provide the dimensions of both labels, the roll layout and the desired spacing on the bottle.

How It Differs from Roller-Type Labeling

In a roller-type labeling machine, the bottle continues moving forward through the rolling mechanism. It passes the label peel plate once, giving one opportunity to apply a label. This mechanism is used for a single label per bottle.

The LT-150 holds the bottle during rotation, allowing controlled repeated dispensing for dual labeling. Desktop size alone does not identify the labeling mechanism.

LT-150 vs LT-150F

Both the LT-150 and the LT-150F desktop labeling machine use a clamp-and-rotate mechanism and support dual labeling.

• LT-150: POM chain conveyor.

• LT-150F: PVC belt conveyor with a rubber-wheel friction bottle-separating mechanism.

Share your bottle samples and feeding requirements to choose the appropriate conveyor and handling arrangement. Do not select between these models on the assumption that one is a roller-type labeler.

Label Height and Tall Bottles

The desktop label peel plate is 150 mm high, so the maximum label height is 150 mm.

Bottle height and label height are different measurements. A tall bottle may still be suitable when its label is placed near the lower part of the bottle. Suitability depends on the intended label position and the bottle setup, rather than total bottle height alone.

Please provide the bottle diameter, total height, label height and the distance from the bottle base to the bottom of the label. We will confirm compatibility with your samples.

Labeling Speed

The listed output is 10–40 pcs/min, meaning 10–40 bottles per minute, not labels per minute. Actual output depends on the bottle, label design and machine setup. Confirm the expected speed for your application before ordering.

Options and Service

• Transparent labels: The required transparent-label sensor is optional and costs extra. Tell us before ordering.

• Date coding: A date coder is optional and costs extra. Send your printing requirements and label samples.

• Air compressor: An air compressor is not included as standard. If the selected configuration requires compressed air, the customer must arrange a suitable compressor separately.

The standard equipment warranty is generally one year. The usual lead time for standard equipment is 3–5 days. Custom requirements need a schedule confirmed after discussing the details. Your quotation will confirm the applicable terms.
