Four-Head Configuration

LT-QZDG4 is the four-head configuration for suitable paste products. The QZDG suffix uses the Chinese pinyin for paste (gao). In the confirmed QZDG4/QZDG6 pair, the difference is the number of filling heads.

Choose Pneumatic or Servo Drive

With pneumatic drive, a cylinder pushes the piston and a magnetic switch controls the stroke that determines the filling amount. With servo drive, a servo motor controls screw travel to push out the material and provides more precise stroke control. Confirm the selected drive in the quotation.
